... need to watch The End of Suburbia. i went in kind of wondering why i watch these kinds of documentaries, because in my case they're just preaching to the converted, but this was one good film. lots of things regarding the peak of oil i had no idea about or had ever even considered. i mean it, you need to watch it. check out a screening, or download* it, whatever! just watch it! and make all your friends watch it too!

Hmmmm.... Thanks for the tip Aveline, I'll use the torrent to download it with Shareaza. YOU need to check out and see "What The Bleep Do We Know!? Tell me what you think. I thought it was well worth seeing and it gave me much to ponder upon. I'd previously read or heard about some of the concepts and ideas but the movie helps to bring it all together quite well and opens one up to the possibility of thoughts, actions, and delicate reality.

ah thanks for the suggestion. i'd thought about going to see it a month ago or so but the mixed reviews left me feeling ambivalent about it. i'll keep it in mind though!
